* Your publication must relate to a holiday rental of good comfort type villas, houses, apartments, B&B, cottages, mobilhomes, hotels, motels.... For a better visibility all the hirings appear on only one page following the criteria of selection; each hiring will be published in French and English, you will thus have your single page Internet devoted to your hiring and a reciprocal link towards your Web site; the modifications will be done only by mail to locations@annonces-holidays.com

* An advertisement for 12 months 49 € with photographs: it is enough to precisely fill the form , you will receive by mail the publish confirmation. At reception of this one forwarded your photographs to us (they will be digitized and published, to join a stamped envelope if return) and your payment to adress: “Annonces-Holidays”  Kervran 56310 Melrand France. Your hiring will then be published.

The advertiser certifies to only remain  responsible for communicated information. The editor of the service could not be held responsible for litigations being able to occur between owner and tenant. Advertisements, announced by the owner who do not correspond to reality will be removed without refunding of the expenses of publication . The transmitted pictures must be free of right.
